My 3 sports

I started playing tennis at age 5 from the influence of my father. It created a social opening for me into friendships at clubs I joined and at school. I had been referred to as "Federer" because of my Swiss inheritance and play style. Despite having some of the best times of my youth during tennis, I quit at age 12 and was introduced to tennis and table tennis shortly after. My tennis experience built up my coordination and teamwork. It is a period of my life I won't forget and every time I still play I feel nostalga. My favourite shots now are the backhand slice and forhand topspin. I still can't serve.

Table tennis was my sport where I developed my reactions and my fine motor wrist movement . My favourite part of table tennis is how little room you need for it, its competitiveness and how friendly the people are who play it are. There is a whole host of different people who play it because of its accessibility and ease for all people to play. I managed to get to play one nationals before I stopped and focused on badminton more, however I still play casually play and enjoy my trickshots a lot.

Badminton, whilst I would describe as my favourite sport, is also the most coomplex out of all the sports. It combines the fine motor movments of table tennis and motor movements from tennis. There is a bigger depth into movement and footwork, which explains why I always tired afterwards. It is the fastest sport on earth and that is not for the weak hearted. I thoroughly enjoy playing badminton compeitively and casually.
